Born and raised in the area, Jennifer Bradley calls these mountains home. Jen did her Yoga Teacher Training in Woodstock, NY under the guidance of Linda Lalita Winnick; a well-renowned yoga teacher, trainer, and owner of Shakti Yoga Woodstock. Jennifer is a devoted teacher, but more importantly, a devoted student. “There’s always room for growth, there’s always room for expansion and exploration.
