Born and raised in the area, Jennifer Bradley calls these mountains home. Jen did her Yoga Teacher Training in Woodstock, NY under the guidance of Linda Lalita Winnick; a well-renowned yoga teacher, trainer, and owner of Shakti Yoga Woodstock. Jennifer is a devoted teacher, but more importantly, a devoted student. “There’s always room for growth, there’s always room for expansion and exploration. Yoga Asana is designed to help us to open up to the limitless possibilities that are within us. When I’m on my mat I’m always learning, always discovering something new and different about myself.
