To take advantage of the beauty that surrounds our properties we recommend arriving by car. Limited cellphone service in the Catskills and Adirondacks can also make ordering a taxi very difficult.

If traveling by car is not an option you can find train and bus services that will take you close to us. In both cases a taxi service would be required to drop you off at our properties.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Please refer to the reservation policies while you are making your reservation. These can be found during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation.

When will my credit card be charged?

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at the time of booking. A 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining payment is taken upon check-out unless stated otherwise. Please refer to our payment policy and T&Cs when booking online.

How is my room guaranteed?

Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. We’ll ask you to verify the payment details upon check-in.

Are there any additional fees I should know about?

What is the minimum age required to check-in?

You must be 25 or older to book a room and check-in.

Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in and a credit card.

When can I check in?

Check-in is after 3pm. If you arrive early, we can hold your bags while you explore the house, or take a stroll around town (we’ll point you in the right direction) until your room is available.

When do I check out?

Check out is at 11am. If you’d like a little bit more time after 11am checkout, we’ll do what we can to accommodate and we’re always more than willing to hold on to your items for a few hours at the front desk.

Do you offer cribs or cots?

Cribs – YES, we have pack & plays available for our little guests below the age of 2. Please request one at the time of booking or contact us directly.

Cots – NO, sorry, we do not have cots.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes, there is free WiFi in all public areas and in guest rooms

Can I bring my pet?

We charge $50 per day per pet. When we say pet we really mean dog, but just get in touch if you have something stranger or larger and we’ll try to make it work.

Can I have a package sent to the hotel prior to my arrival?

Yes. Here’s the address. If your package arrives before you do, we’ll hold it for you at the front desk for up to five days until you arrive free of charge. If you have multiple packages, we can receive and store them for you for $20 per package
