Fall Foraging Walk will introduce you to some wild plants & fungi growing right at Eastwind Windham. Round out the walk with a tasting of forage-infused cocktail. There will be plenty of time to chat, ask questions and get acquainted with the nature around you. This event is rain or shine.
INSTRUCTOR BIO Renee is a Catskills-based chef and designer who specializes in working with wild plants and fungi. She works in many media, builds cob ovens, bakes bread and pastries and obsesses over finding and eating wild mushrooms. www.reneemakes.com
