About the event
As the main songwriter for indie folk band Common Rotation, Kufs has released six full-length records and written nearly a thousand songs. With the group, he has recorded with the likes of They Might Be Giants and with his own songwriting hero and mentor, renowned singer/songwriter Dan Bern. But on his soon-to-be-released solo EP, he trades in the ironic folk element of his work with the band for a more sincere, soulful 70s pop sound.
