Explore the wild flavors of summer on a guided walk through our grounds. You’ll learn to identify seasonal edible plants—and, if we're lucky, mushrooms—while gaining confidence in safe, sustainable foraging practices. We'll cover how to harvest responsibly, use your senses to connect with plants, and develop a deeper appreciation for the flora and funga around you. This 90-minute walk moves at a moderate pace, with plenty of chances to touch, taste, and smell the vibrant edibles of the season.

Foraged Dinner

After the walk, we’ll gather to enjoy the bounty of the forests and fields in another way. Savor creative foraged cocktails or mocktails, followed by a four-course dinner that highlights the seasonal ingredients you just encountered—all crafted into dishes that celebrate the wild flavors of summer in the Catskills.
