Thea is a New York City-based strength and lifestyle coach, Nike trainer, nutritionist, connector, and the creator of Max Effort; a customized wellness program designed to help you live in alignment with your goals. Thea blends a mix of total body strength, calisthenic stability, and sculpting pilates into unique workouts intended to fine-tune your capacity, find reprieve in stretches, and achieve restoration through connection. With 13 years of experience in advertising and a multidimensional perspective in the fitness landscape, Thea’s approach is community-forward and aimed at helping others feel their most confident.

Cancellations made within two weeks of arrival will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of the full charge for the entire length of stay.

Savor the culinary delights of Dandelion, where we celebrate the freshest seasonal ingredients with a “forage to fork” philosophy. Explore our ever-changing array of craft cocktails, local beers, ciders, and thoughtfully selected wines. For those with dietary preferences, vegan and vegetarian options are available upon request.

Guests can select from a variety of different hotel rooms, featuring king beds and varying in-room amenities including furnished lofts with floating netting under the skylight, vintage desks, rain showers, seating nooks, hooded Pendelton robes, mini-fridges, and electric kettles with tea and coffee kits for early morning pick me ups.

The all-weather, wood freestanding cabins are available in four types, all outfitted with queen beds and large windows overlooking the whole property.
